My Dallas Marathon Photos from Sportphoto.

I like the 00991-0006 best.

Geez, there is no one even close to you in any of those pics. Did you win the race by that much of a margin? There isn't even another foot in any of the frames. Did you remember to wear your deodorant?????

Just wondering,

Colin

I ran in back of people early in the race. In the middle of the race, I was along side another runner. However, the photographers must try to only get one person in the frame. I would like to see myself next to others it would create a more interesting picture. I see today that Sportphoto added more proofs. You should go back and look again. The ones where I am wearing glovers are from earlier in the race.

Also of note, the runner behind me at the end actually finished ahead of me score wise. Apparently, he started six seconds behind me at the start and Dallas scored it using the chip timing. This is the first marathon I have seen use the chips times at the official results. I'm not sure how I feel about that. Obviously, I was disappointed to see that as I physically kicked his butt during the final 100 meters.

If you wouldn't have had sex the night before the race with your red-headed girl friend, you may have beaten the other racer. YOU HAD A HEAD START so get over it. And, you should never have sex the night before a race because it weakens the legs. Not to mention your mind.

Interesting post...Do you have scientific research to support your statements?

Did you ever notice that the last comment posted on Ken's blog was dated July 14, 2007? So, do you really think that blogs are the modern source of news? I think not. It is nothing but a passing fad. Blogs are simply a means for citizens to maintain a public diary.

Just discovered your blog. So, um, what's happened in the 20 years since we last ran together?

Dan: Where were you earlier today? I trust you have an airtight alibi as your competition is systematically eliminated throughout the world. See the attached link:

I guess your world ranking just improved by one place.

I think this is technically cheating.
